First scoop the seeds out and extract the juice from it with the use of a strainer. Use a lemon zester or if you have a spiralizer, even better to make noodles out of the melon and cantaloupe. Put everything in the juice.
Add the ¼ cup of the juice and some noodles in a glass and top with a scoop berry sorbet.
Serve it either with some Sparkling cider or Prosecco. Both are fabulous.
