Ingredients
For the Buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup hot pepper sauce
  • ½ cup cold unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste
Cauliflower
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup milk
  • One head of cauliflower, cut to 1 inch pieces
Instructions
  1. Combine the hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a pot and place over medium heat. Bring to a simmer while stirring with a whisk. As soon as the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat, stir with the whisk, and set aside for use..
  2. Preheat the oven to 450˚F (230˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or you can air fry it at 380 degrees for 15 minutes
  3. In a large bowl, add the flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder,salt, and milk, and stir until well-combined.
  4. Break the head of cauliflower into florets, about 1½-inches wide. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, making sure each piece is evenly coated. Arrange the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Or you can air fry it for 15 at 380 degrees.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, take the buffalo sauce and Brush the buffalo sauce mixture on the cauliflower and bake for another 10 more minutes.
