In a mixing bowl, add the flour, warm oil and salt. Mix it well until all the oil is soaked in by the flour. Add little water at a time to make a soft dough. The dough should be stiff, not too soft or too hard. Let it rest for an hour.
Stuffing
Coarsely crush all the nuts, it shouldn't be too chunky or too pasty. Pour it in a bowl, add the cardamom powder, nutmeg, sugar, saffron and mix well.
Roll out the Sweet Paratha
Take a small piece of dough, roll to about 5 inches, brush it with some ghee, add 2 tbsp of nut mixture. Fold it like you would fan or roll. Flatten it again to about 4-5 inches.
Put it on a hot griddle, brush it with ghee and cook on both sides.
Serve it hot with ghee and condensed milk.
