Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup Coriander seds
  • ¼ cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp cardamom
  • 3 tbsp cloves
  • 4 inch cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fennel
  • 3 mace
  • 5 bay leaves
Instructions
  1. Fry each spice separately in a cast iron pan on medium heat until you smell the spices and it smells slightly toasty.
  2. Take it out on a plate and let cool completely.
  3. Grind it to a fine powder, store it in an airtight container and keep in a cool dry place.
