Cut the oranges and juice it. Boil the juice for about 5-7 minutes until it reaches a slight syrupy consistency. You'll get about 5 tbsp of the syrup. Cool it.
With an electric mixer, whip the cold heavy cream with powdered sugar until it reaches soft peak stage. Add the softened cream cheese and sour cream, and orange zest, whip till smooth and stiff. Fold in the orange syrup very gently, and not fully. Make sure to see the streaks in the mix.
Add some coarsely crushed graham crackers or almonds.Gently mix.
You can spoon it in a cup or orange bowls. Chill for 2-3 hours and serve.
