½ cup of cherry soda, orange club soda or plain club soda
Instructions
Take the seeds out, the white part also and grind it in a blender.
Pour the pomegranate puree it in a thick bottomed pan. Add the ginger and sugar. Bring it to a rolling boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain it with a sieve and cool it completely before bottling it. Refrigerate it.
For the cocktail:
In a glass, add a tablespoon of the syrup,1 shot/ounce vodka, squeeze ½ lemon juice, add some ice cubes and pour the chilled soda.
Garnish with rosemary, lemon wedge.
