One of my favorite festivals after I came here is Thanksgiving. There’s something about everyone getting together, cooking, sitting down for a big spread and saying Thanks.
Reminds me a lot of our festivals back in India.

Festivals are fun. Festivals in India are very colorful. Whats your favorite festival/holiday?
It’s one of those festive weeks for Indians. It’s called Ganesh Pooja. The festival of THE ELEPHANT GOD.
Throughout India, people celebrate this festival. It’s colorful, bright, with people singing,chanting, music screaming everywhere, it’s a beautiful atmosphere.
Kids dress up in their new clothes, visit family and friends. It’s a time when people unite in streets to decorate and it’s a big grand affair.

As far as making cookies go, I am ready for them any time of the day. Maybe I was meant to be a bakers daughter. I can eat them anytime and I can bake them anytime. They have become my obsession. I also want to do a weekly dedication to cookies from around the world. Ain’t that a fun idea?
I have loyalties towards my cookies, I hope that there is an unsaid limit to the number of cookies a food blogger can post.

Are you a chocolate junkie, I confess I am. There’s not a single day that goes without having chocolate in
some form. Screams celebration when there is chocolate and cake. I truly believe you can win over anyone with these these beautiful looking cupcakes. Cupcakes with all it’s glory has become a star the past few years, with Cupcake Wars(which i religiously watch) and shops dedicated purely to these sugary goodies.. Why not right, they are portioned out, you think of a flavor, you can make them or find em’ and most of all loved by most.
